I am passionate about helping people.

With over 30 years of professional experience, I've found my true calling in helping others, and it feels like the most authentic expression of who I am. Making a positive impact on people's lives isn't just a desire for me—it's a fundamental necessity. Presently, I'm privileged to serve seniors and their families, a role that I cherish deeply.

Every day, I count my blessings as families graciously welcome me into their homes, sharing their struggles and entrusting me to provide guidance.

Today's seniors face a myriad of challenges, with some of the most vulnerable navigating cognitive impairments such as dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. As a certified dementia care practitioner, I specialize in supporting families impacted by these diseases, offering expertise and empathy.

The first time I walked into a senior living community, I knew I had found my true purpose in life.

Serving seniors brings me immense joy and fulfillment. With over 16 years of experience working with seniors in various capacities, I’ve found that every role has been meaningful in its own way — most notably as Director of Memory Care. I cherished the daily moments spent with my residents — creating meaningful experiences and helping them find purpose each day. Despite the challenges of their diagnosis, we shared moments of joy. With the right structure and engagement, I witnessed residents thrive again — a gift not only for them but for their families as well. 

Now, as an Elder Care Advisor with NorthStar Senior Solutions, I am blessed to continue following my passion — guiding families through some of life’s most difficult transitions. I am honored to walk alongside you, offering my knowledge, experience, and unwavering support as we navigate the path ahead together.
